Howard We Will Miss You

It is with deep regret and sadness that we must announce the untimely and totally unexpected passing of our dear friend Howard Hall. He suffered a massive heart attack and passed away while in Lancaster with his wife Doris. He was best known to Riverfest goers as the "guy who ran the car show". Howard was also on the Charlestown Planning and Zoning Board. Howard was a great person and will be severely missed.
