It is with deep regret and sadness that we must announce the untimely and totally unexpected passing of our dear friend Howard Hall. He suffered a massive heart attack and passed away Thursday while in Lancaster with his wife Doris. He was best known to Riverfest goers as the "guy who ran the car show". Howard was also on the Charlestown Planning and Zoning Board. Howard was a great person and will be severely missed.
Howard will be laid to rest in Lancaster. The arrangements as as follows,

Thursday (10\9\08) 5pm till 8pm with a small service at 8PM.

Because Howard loved RiverFest so much the family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, all donations should be sent to RiverFest. Doris said that he would want it that way.
